Walmart Supercenter WEST PLAINS - Hours, Reviews & Deals

Shelves were empty. A lot of employees right in the middle of the isles filling online or curbside orders. No one speaks to you there. Not even the cashier the entire time you are standing there. Parking easy to find. Outside and inside clean.

Ordered tires from Walmart.com and had them put on at this location. Due to an issue in their system I had to pay full price for install and road warranty that I had already paid for through the website. This was not the fault of the employees but the system that makes the employees jobs harder for them. Sage helped to get the issue resolved quickly and the tire center employees were very professional despite my frustrated comments. I would use this tire center for all of my tire installs and oil changes but would never order tires online from Walmart again. The fact that the employees hands get tied and work grinding to a halt because of a glitch in the system is not worth the stress that is caused to me and the poor employees. Not to mention I'm out $50 because of this. The employees get 5 stars, Walmarts glitchy system gets zero stars.
