Runnings GLENDIVE - Hours, Reviews & Deals

I shop at the Glendive Runnings weekly for dog food, lawn care, cloths etc. unfortunately on September 30th I received a call from a store employee telling me an item that I put on lay away had been damaged in their lay away area. This employee sent me a pic of the damaged and asked me if I wanted to proceed with the lay away. I asked what they where willing to do since it had no damage when put on lay away the employee stated they would talk to the manager then get back with me. The employee called me back and said the manager was willing to take 30.00 off the remaining balance of 150.00, well I wasn’t ok with that so I told them just to credit me my money back. Well they did but then found out that the manager sold said item to a store employee for 40.00 but was only willing to take 30.00 off for a local customer. There are a lot of great employees that work there but I’m not pleased with the outcome of this, I feel the manager handled this situation very poorly! If this is how local customers are gonna be treated a person can always just order online or shop out of town!

Stopped in for some DEF and an ATV permit. Hunting and fishing areas are okay but it was sparsely stocked when I was there early september.
