10 months ago1000% better than any other department store, period. This is professional level retail. Everyone who works here has been carefully vetted and hired to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. I had a warranty replacement Vortex while I was here and it was handled immediately and professionally. The archery shop is incredible, the gun counter is top notch and the sales they have are actual sales, not just the gimmick of raising prices and then marking down. Professional level retail. If you go anywhere else, you are clueless.
