Texted the owner a couple of times about getting a couple of shotguns deep cleaned to see if that’s something he would do, and he responded once and then blew off my other two text while having his read receipts on. Very unprofessional and I would go elsewhere if were you as obviously he doesn’t care for the business or is just plain rude.

Was experiencing issues with my shotgun not firing. Took it to Gunworx for repair. Diagnosis found broken firing pin. The process from drop-off to finish was only about 2 weeks which included Gunworx having to machine a new firing pin for my gun, as the manufacturer did not, nor could not, tell us when they'd have a replacement in stock. Their work was exceptional, guaranteed, and proved to be worthy as I've fired hundreds of rounds through the weapon since and have had 0 problems. Priced very fairly Highly recommend!
