Went here because my brother recommended me too. There was a certain gun I was looking for that they had at a good price. Within 15 mins and getting like 5% or 10% off, I had what I wanted. Few days later I come back because another piece caught my eye when I was there previously. Within 5-10 mins and another deal worked out, I walked out with another piece. I believe I talked to everyone who worked there and had great conversations and felt respected and valued as a new customer.

I always get treated well here. I have been doing business with them for years. They have regulations that they have to follow, so if a person brings in something that has depreciated in value to the point it wouldn't be a good business investment they do have to deny the loan or sale. On the other side of this though that means when something of value does get brought in the person wanting to sell out get a loan is able to get a much better deal.
