Called several times trying to get through and they can't be bothered enough to talk. Rings off the hook then they pick up the phone and end the call. I know it is them as the ring time to hang-up is inconsistent. Will not be patronizing this establishment if I could give 0 stars I would. If you are busy pick up the phone and either ask to put on hold or ask to call back in a few that simple and that easy.

The young man helping was nice and took me up to one of the upper floors to help me find what I was looking for but his boss was the rudest pawn shop owner/manager I've ever met. Was trying to buy multiple items and tried to negotiate a better price on the lot. She wouldn't even consider it. So instead of selling me six bulky items she got no sale at all. Left them on the counter and walked out the door. There's a reason this place has so much inventory because they can't sell any of it. It's almost like a hoarders house who thinks everything they have is extremely valuable and won't let it go.
