I went gun shopping here with my brother and who I think was the manager (a older grey hair while male with a grey beard) said under his breath “this would be an easy gun fight” after he confused me and my brother as strangers and confronted me for looking at some personal information of his while filling out the proper paperwork. Mind you we walked in together, shopped together and stood side by side while filling out the paper work. I told him that “I didn’t mean to scare him” after he confronted me and I guess that hurt his feelings so he proceeded to speak to his coworker (a short bald black male but with glasses) that I would be an easy gun fight. Essentially threatening my life. Later that week before receiving my purchased firearm I got a refund and never went back to this place. This is the worst gunshop in the state of nevada.

I had an incoming item delivered by UPS. I e-mailed LocknLoad as soon as tracking was available with all relevant information. As soon as it was delivered to them, they called me to let me know I could come in. The hand-off process involved paper, not digital. They are extremely nice and had my item ready to go. They genuinely want to help with any questions. Process was roughly 10 minutes long. Great place to do business.
