I would like to commend John from Sportsman’s Warehouse Centennial for his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to help us choose the right fishing rod, assisted with setting it up, and gave excellent recommendations that were perfect for beginners in fishing. John was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. His willingness to help and his friendly attitude made a big difference, and we truly appreciate his support. Very 1st time in this store (and also ever in a SW at all). Went in just to check it out as I fully expect to do more fishing/boating/camping now that I'm posted up in Vegas area. Spoke with the gentleman (Terry?) at the firearm and gun desk and he was absolutely top-shelf in every single aspect. Knowledgeable and professional and personable is the best way to describe T as well each of the team members that I encountered during my visit. I like that the brands they carry and I think my membership dollars will help out a lot. That and the veteran discount! I had several questions re: open carry and even buying a weapon in my newly adopted state of NV. Those questions as well as the fishing gear were answered fully and articulately. Mac (will be back)
