A lesson in Customer Service training would be phenomenal for your employee Amber. After witnessing a gentlemen ask her if her register was open her reply was “I guess.” She was totally put out having to stop cleaning her conveyor belt to do her job as a cashier. I proceeded to her register and was greeted WITHOUT a “Hello” or saying anything at all. She asked if an item was mine or with the purchase behind me that was separated with a divider. I told her that it went with my order and showed her where the divider was separating the two orders. Apparently, she didn’t like my response to her question and proceeded to slam merchandise through the scanner and into the bags. She told me the amount owed and I paid. Only to be handed my receipt with NO thank you. It’s pretty disgusting to spend money somewhere and then for the customer service to be this poor. She came across that she definitely didn’t like her job and didn’t want to be there. Her customers were an inconvenience to her. If this is her everyday attitude maybe she should get done. With years of experience myself in customer service, as her manager she would have been dismissed from her job immediately! I know in this day and age for some it’s very difficult to have to work.

We had a wonderful experience a couple of days ago. We frequent this store often but this day in particular we happened upon what may be your best employees. My son was obsessed with a squeaky dog toy in the pet section and 2 men who were stocking goods were kind and laughed and didnt seem the least bit annoyed and Jada, our cashier was so kind and personable which is such a rare quality nowadays! We usually leave walmart stressed and burnt out but this day we left with huge smiles on our faces! Thank you Jada and to the gentlemen that enjoyed our humor!
