I reached out to Doug to import my firearm to Florida from British Columbia. Found him to be very knowledgeable regarding the process. Doug kept his word regarding timelines and followed through quickly, sending me a copy of the correspondence from ATF. The fact I received correspondence from the ATF so quickly was testament to the fact he knew exactly what to write. He knows regulations from both sides of the border including the Canadian buyback program for newly prohibited firearms under the order in council. We have several firearms to export in a few years when we complete our move to the US and will not hesitate to use his services again. Always returns calls quickly and does things as promised, taking that extra step. I cannot say enough good things about Doug!!!
