The way all business should operate. Calls you back when he said he would and very honest and straight forward. The brief but informative interaction was worth my time and will recommend to others. The one or two negative comments on here are clearly people who feel they are entitled.

I contacted the store remotely to have a pistol sent to an FFL elsewhere and to sell two pistols, all of which were previously dropped off at the store. While Jeff and Sandy are nice enough people, it took multiple phone calls and e-mails over a two month period to complete these transactions. If you need FFL service and will be doing it remotely, I’d strongly recommend a different store.
