They are an absolute pleasure to deal with, returning calls and emails very quickly and answering as many questions as you care to ask them. Additionally, they went out of their way to provide pictures and and speak with me at length over the phone when I had questions about their product lines and options available. Build times may vary based on product availability and how busy they are at the moment, but they won't lie to you about your wait. Build quality is absolutely tops. Shipping was quick, easy, and efficient, and while there was a slight damage to a component sustained during shipping, LRB responded immediately and replaced the part free of charge.
