The people doing pick up are being setup to fail. Whoever is sitting in a cushy office chair making up procedures needs to get out of the office and join the real world when you pull into a parking spot the check-in numbers are missing on the check-in apps I believe it went to 19 then 50 there was nothing in between and these poor kids had to go around at a busy time of day trying to find cars in the dark I felt sorry for the young employees come on Walmart you can do better!

Auto Care Center experiences are less than desirable. No one answers the phone when you call, it always rings through to the customer service dept and they have to page the dept to pick up. Most recent experience I had was that I bought tires months ago and was pleasantly surprised at the price and purchased the warranty, which covers tire rotation. I called ahead and asked if I could come in for tire rotation and was told they don't make appointments for that, it's walk-in only. I went over on Sunday to have the tires rotated at the appropriate mileage for the warranty. They told me the could not do it because they were all booked up. I asked if I could make an appointment and again was told, no walk-in only. So I asked if I call ahead can they tell me if they can get it in, so I don't waste another trip out there. They said, sure. Call ahead the next day and was told I should be able to get it done but they were pretty booked up again. So I drive out again, I arrive and the garage is empty and techs were standing around. Took they keys to the desk and was told, it'll be a while. So I said ok and walked around the store for a bit, came back abt 30 mins later and waited maybe another 10 and was pleasantly surprised when the guy said it was ready then. Faster than I thought. Get in the car and start driving home, get maybe 10 mins out and now my tire pressure light is on (was not on at all prior to rotation). Figured maybe it just needed to be reset due to the rotation, reset and it just came back on. Made it home and reset again. Didn't drive my car at all since I got home. Called today to see if I can bring it back to have the re-torque done and ask abt the tire pressure. Again, no one answers and I'm transferred to customer service 3 times before being disconnected. Can't talk to anyone to find out if I'm wasting my time or not. Very frustrating experience!
