I recently took the concealed carry course at 103 Tactical in Staten Island and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Bernie was the primary instructor and did a phenomenal job explaining both the practical and safety aspects of concealed carry in a clear, confident, and easy-to-understand way. Tommy was also great — very knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive throughout the course. Together, they created a comfortable learning environment where questions were encouraged and thoroughly answered. A major highlight of the course was having a lawyer come in to discuss the legal responsibilities and real-world implications of owning and carrying a firearm in New York. That portion alone made the course incredibly valuable and helped clarify issues not addressed in other courses. The visit to the shooting range was a huge plus — hands-on, well supervised, and confidence-building. The course was informative, professional, and well-organized. I walked away feeling educated, confident, and much more aware of my responsibilities as a potential gun owner. I highly recommend this course — and 103 Tactical — to anyone considering concealed carry training.

Excellent training experience. Explained everything very thoroughly, took their time answered all my questions and made everything more than understandable. Bernie is one of the best class instructor/trainer i’ve ever met very friendly and patient with everyone i couldn’t have picked a better place
