The owner is knowledgeable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to meet my needs. The bike technicians are truly experts at there craft , and always take such good care of my bike. Spring Street Sports in Chippewa Falls is an awesome local shop. I recently bought a pair of cross-country skis there and couldn’t be happier. The service was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. The skis are high quality, the price was great, and the whole experience felt easy and welcoming. Bonus points for the friendly shop dog who made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be back for gloves and bikes. Highly recommend supporting this place if you’re into outdoor gear and great customer service.
