If there was an option to give no stars that’s what it be. I’m so disappointed and disgusted I don’t know what to do. I came to the store and ordered two shirts after calling and asking about turn around time. I was advised that if ordered on that Tuesday they would be ready Friday. I thought perfect! Well I order Tuesday but I did not need them until Saturday so that was the pick up day I provided. Upon arriving to get the shirts that were order for my child’s birthday party we were advised that they were not ready. WTH. No call, heads up, nothing. They then say “they would have been ready in an hour.” What... ( supposedly they could have been ready Friday. On the day of my child’s birthday NO SHIRTS smh pissed is an understatement. We got our money back no need to even argue, converse or anything. When you have a business and people are counting on you for important events you have to do better. Just awful. They are a NO GO!!!!!!
