For years they’ve treated the victims worse then they could treat those hacking/abusing their system. There are millions of inaccessible, and/ or hacked accounts; but they still seem to believe that AI is the solution to dealing with this. If I despised someone on Facebook, all I would have to do is tell Facebook a lie that they are going against community standards, and Facebook would lock the account of the accused, and/or demand their sensitive government ID to get back in to their own account. As there is no real person (or very few), investigating the “community standard breach,” innocent me, along with the innocent millions out there-are locked out. If the actual abuser to the platform, continues to complain (with”0” evidence, as Facebook doesn’t require this, other than what they lie about, through their automated reporting system), then the account holder can be barred forever. Hey, if there’s a company that is a competitor to my brand? There you go, here’s how to make that company’s life hard, and/or put them out of making money for their business over Facebook. The platform has become a nightmare, and an emotional wrecking tool for millions. Even Google AI says “Accounts are frequently disabled due to automated algorithms or false (mass-reporting) by other users.” It’s almost a business, for those who enjoy harassing, or have a vendetta against others on Facebook. Will you ever get your act together Facebook, for real investigations with real people, and more of them, and stop depending on AI/atomation, to fix corrupted people that abuse your system? It doesn’t work! Your automated system of passing judgement on accounts-is making YOUR situation worse, and giving “YOU” more work to figure out. People are smarter than the AI automated tools you use to differentiate those who are honest, and those who are up to no good. If AI was harassing users via fake reporting, then you may have a case to fight back on the same level. But if thinking, human beings are deliberately out performing your AI automated tools to shut down user accounts; they’re showing you that their human thinking is smarter than any AI tool you can use to determine the truth about accounts. And....THEY’RE RIGHT! If I ever get back onto the platform, I will close it off to the public, and only use it for my interest browsing. By no means, will I put any faith in using it to “brand” myself, from a business or personal point of view. I know that anyone out there, holds the power to take that beautifully, branded, personality webpage from me, and Facebook will be on their side! Never mind, they disabled it after sending 3 emails in a row (in the space of 5 mins). (1) Welcome to FB, 2) You have 180 days to appeal, then 3) No it’s disabled, lol), based on their own insane automation. All good Facebook/Meta, you make the bed you lie in!
