The experiences with these lovely, professional, intelligent women and the entire process warrants a very high grade from this satisfied customer.
I won a lot from Brunk through LiveAuctioneers and contacted Brunk about shipping. Received a curt response that they couldn't be bothered to quote shipping cost until I paid (by which point shipping options would be locked in). Then I questioned additional fees tacked on by LiveAuctioneers and was told I'd receive an updated invoice that never arrived. Over a month after paying for the lot I won and shipping through LiveAuctioneers Brunk is ghosting me, not responding to multiple emails and no one can tell me where my item is. AVOID!
