8 months agoMy husband received horrible customer service from the manager. The cashier was very nice and understanding but upper management was rude and incompetent. We will not be doing business at this location anymore. I suggest corporate get their management in order before more customers are lost. I appreciate the very nice understanding cashier that understood, but the manager wasn’t knowledgeable or understanding and made the experience the worst. Do better Academy, customers and associates are always lost to bad management.

11 months agoGas Grill shopping. Found one that was priced cheaper in store than online and they honored it. Friendly and helpful staff. Stocked for Thanksgiving essentials and starting to get ready for Christmas 🎄
