Walmart Supercenter ELIZABETH CITY - Hours, Reviews & Deals

My visit was nominal until we reached register 9. There was a cashier who seemed extremely annoyed and she took it out on me and my boyfriend. She complained that we noticed tampering with a package of Cortizone 10. When I handed it to her at her rather rude request, she snatched it from me. I made note of that verbally and she seemed not to care. During the transaction, my boyfriend returns with another Conrtizone 10 and asks her if she was done wit hscanning the pillows. She rudely and sarcastically said yes before snatching one of them from the conveyor belt. This behavior was absolutely abhorrent. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. This kind of unwarranted disrespect should not be permitted when working with the public. What are the coporate entities able to do to ensure this kind of service never happens again? I am extremely angry that this seems to happen every time I am forced to come here. She should be ashamed of how nasty and unprofessional she was to us.

I continuously been having issues with Walmart ordering/delivering. I'll place an order on my phone through their app for the items/groceries I am wanting from the store. But their drivers keeps missing up my order constantly. They say they shopped them items, but I will not have them when they drop off my order at my house. I had one driver who didn't want to get out his personal vehicle because they were afraid of the dog. I complied and worked them. I was retrieving my groceries out of his personal vehicle; however, when I went back out there he was gone with 12 items along with them that was still in their car. At this point and time I'm giving Walmart 1 ⭐ until further notice. They need competent workers who are better trained and has better work ethic.
