Friendly customer service, all local friends and neghbors, clean and spacious floor space, quick and efficient check out. Especially when packed and parking lot is almost full.. very surprised at how well they've progressed on management and customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable customer service whom all know where everything is in the whole store.. makes shopping there much easier and produces a comfortable environment..
None of the 3 customer service associates could somehow figure out to work a recalled product, they then sent us away only for a online customer service associate to tell us to return to the store and get the refund on a gift card. Keep in mind I had the official Walmart email detailing the steps, product and proof of return. When we returned so the online CSM could explain, they immediately gave us a gift card.
