Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. Stood in the gun department for about 10/15 minutes not being greeted or anything. I've wanted to purchase multiple firearms from this place on multiple occasions. But because of poor customer service I always go spend my money elsewhere. The old bald guy with like five pieces of hair on his head needs to find a job more to his liking because honestly it doesn't look like he care about or like his job. And when another couple walked up he went and greet them immediately. Honestly I was wondering if it was because of my skin color. Sad part is I love Academy but just not this location. I give them chance after chance. But still the same results smh.

Bait and switch as soon as you come in. Pieces posted don't ring up the same. When asked I was told "we just put anything there you have to check carefully" . Deception and dishonest business, no other way to describe this.
