I ordered the Woox Furiosa on 12/19. Then I found out that it can take 2-4 weeks longer with the personalized engraving. So, on 12/20, I emailed them and asked them to remove the engraving so I could receive it sooner. They replied the same day (Saturday) that they would get back to me on Monday. Here was their reply: "Good morning Duane, Thank you for your purchase! I have cancelled the engraving on your order in order to expedite and issued a refund for $47 which will show back on your account in 5-7 business days. The team is preparing your order today and should ship out this afternoon, I have upgraded to 2 day air as a courtesy. You should receive updates when your order is ready to be shipped, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!" Wow, what awesome customer service. I will now receive the chassis in time to complete the build for a competition scheduled for 12/30! These people are absolutely the greatest! I can't wait to review the Furiosa.
