Walmart Supercenter LAURINBURG - Hours, Reviews & Deals

Probably the best walmart between Bennettsville, Rockingham and Aberdeen in terms of selection and service.. not as big or nice or advance as others but the Asian selection is definitely more of the better stuff that I will buy. Im Asian. It is not perfect but definitely more heartwarming. Personally, it feels cleaner too! Bennettsville is on par with the cleanliness. Laurinburg walmart has good traffic so everything is pretty fresh.

Have yet to have a great experience here. Unlike the other walmart’s I have been too this one lacks in alot. The customer service is horrible. It can say items in stock, they wont help when you cant find it. You can spend easily 30 minutes to over an hour waiting for people to unlock the cases for $2/$3 items which also are usually items no other locations lock up. Happened multiple times. You can be told items are out of stock but order it on the app and have it ready in a couple hours yet I thought it wasnt in stock? They have no problem lying to you and most the employees seem to spend their time on phones instead of working. Idk when policy changed but walmart used to be automatic termination for phone use on the clock. We were even forced to watch videos about it during training and it says phones stay in the locker. So they don’t enforce the rules. The people at the self check outs are usually rude and if you have more than 15 items in the cart yet are with someone and are doing two transactions they will complain and refuse to let you check out. Call the cops on me trying to pay because I refuse to walk to another one. The policy is a suggestion on items not an actual cap. Again walmart corporate will teach you that in training also. Yet they dont care to enforce their own rules they are taught and will do whatever they want and call it rules. 9 times out of 10 the self checkouts are all closed on the non grocery side. Just overall a crap location. They should either all be retrained or replaced including the store manager for failing to run a store properly according to walmart corporate standards. Will be going up the chain of command to report including names of employees who are rude or unhelpful in their departments.
