The best customer service we have ever gotten at the Lenoir N.C Walmart Let me explain why. Today is January 23rd 2026. We are expecting a horrendous ice storm with snow. On January 22nd 2026. A very nice gentleman informed me that Walmart would be getting in propane, that evening on an emergency truck. Every time I called to find out if it was in all I got was no one answering. The phone or NO !!!!! Thought I would try one more time. So I called while I was taking my daughter to school, this is where it gets good.!!!!!! This young woman by the name of Ms. Dixon That works in the online grocery order answered the phone. When I say she was a godsent, I truly mean it. 🙏 Ms. Dixon went above and beyond. She put me on hold because the computer was saying nothing as far as being in stock. When she came back, she informed me. Yes, they got in pallets of propane, the bottles. I informed Ms. Dixon. I was not far from the store and I was coming right in nightclothes and all !!!! When I got to customer service, Ms. Dixon was waiting for me. Wow, what do you say to that? 🙏🙏 ms. Dixon took me to the pallets. I've got what I needed in the cart. And then the manager on duty at customer service. And I wish I had gotten her name she was amazing as well. Got me. Checked out. Also got a gentleman to loaded in my car.For me. Again, thank you so so very much, Ms. Dixon. Do you really need to be in one of their corporate offices? In Arkansas. You truly were a lifesaver. 🙏🙏 god was definitely using you today. And we are so grateful.

Great place to walk yourself to death only to find bare shelves. If you really need something go elsewhere as I guarantee it won't be in stock here. Happy Hunting! 👍
