Walmart Supercenter Marion - Hours, Reviews & Deals

I wanted to try Walmart+ to have my groceries delivered having a busing schedule. The first time they delivered my groceries everything was fine. The second time I placed an order to have my groceries delivered, I noticed Walmart automatically added a driver tip which I thought was odd. I cancelled the tip. When they went to deliver my groceries, the delivery driver called me saying they were on the wrong side of the town and couldn’t find my house. I asked the address she had and she gave me the correct address. Every app I’ve used as a GPS has taken me to my house every time so I’m not sure she wasn’t lying. To make it worse they cancelled my order so I called the store. They said they could likely have another driver deliver it and I heard someone in the background say “no driver tip”. Before I could call back to see if another driver could deliver it they cancelled the order all together. So if I’m going to pay for a service and they don’t want to deliver the service I paid for because of a tip and the store is going to make it harder on you as a customer then I see no reason why Walmart+ is worth the money they ask for it.

Cashier Amanda needs to work on customer service. Did not say a word the whole checkout and did not hand me my receipt but put it down on the table. Did not say thank you or have a nice day. No words, very rude.
