I realized I had left some items behind one day after getting home. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman, Doug, to who I explained what happened. He went and looked in some areas I could have left them and called me back, like he said he would. He told me if they were found, they would be waiting at customer service. Luckily I had my receipt. I also told him I was coming back to the store to look myself. When I got to customer service, Doug was with another customer. So when I told another associate what I came for, Doug jumped in and said, “It’s right here!”. I was so excited to retrieve my items. The items weren’t a big deal that day.
