They all pretended they were too busy to grab the key from the automotive guy who was actually super busy (which guy in automotive is honest and seemed bummed nobody would help me).

3:14 pm 01/31/2026 Grocery Entrance, Impending Snow - Pete, AP COACH should be fired for his rudeness and incompetence. I will also be submitting a formal complaint through Walmart directly. Backstory: I asked an employee at the door who is responsible for checking receipts if she could help me pull up the receipt on the Walmart app. I paid cash but connected my phone number. She didn't know, so I said, "Well, ok ma'am I was just right there and I didn't take anything so you be safe!" And I headed out. The woman held on to my cart saying she still had to see my receipt and it just so happened PETE, AP COACH was walking up. She told me he would be able to help me. So i said, "Sir, do you know how to pull up the receipt on the app?" - PETE: "Well did you use walmart pay?" ME: "No, I paid cash and connected my PETE: "Well it ought to be in your receipts then" ME (now frustrated): "Sir, if I knew how to pull --- nevermind, yal have a good day, I don't have time for this" PETE (yelling at me from behind): "Well, if you know how to do all that, you ought to know how to pull up the receipt!!!" ME (now turning around) "And what is your name?" PETE (proudly brandishing his badge that labeled him an "AP COACH"): "PETE!" WALMART - Please check your security tapes and audio because if this is who you have coaching ANYBODY, it's no wonder that the person who is supposed to check receipts DOESN'T know how to find them! Furthermore, if you want to be sure that I didn't steal anything.... RING ME UP YOURSELF and stop letting AI take your jobs!
