Walmart Supercenter ROXBORO - Hours, Reviews & Deals

I was very disappointed with the customer service during my first visit to this Walmart today. In the electronics section, we asked an associate where the monitors were located. She directed us to a small section and stated that was all they had available. However, the Walmart app showed additional monitors in stock on another aisle, and when we checked ourselves, they were indeed there. By that time, the associate had already returned to the back office. To make matters worse, the checkout experience was just as frustrating. The line was very long, which I understand can happen. However, once we reached the register, another employee repeatedly interrupted the cashier, even stopping to remove the cashier’s coat while she was ringing up our items. This caused our transaction to pause multiple times and made the wait even longer. I’m new to the area and was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, this visit has me considering shopping at another location.

This is this Walmart has the worst customer service in the entire universe. The only person that is of sound mind body is Nigel who loads the online orders. I’m almost ashamed and embarrassed to deliver for this Walmart. I really don’t want any association. Womens fitting room: Today the “fashion associate in the womens department” would not use her voice. So I assumed she lost it or will you know the rest… but… when she rang a customer up that looked like her. She spoke probably… I was killing time waiting on my next delivery around 9:30a 10/17. Self checkout clerk: soooo at checkout there was an issue with the card reader. The associate at the self checkout completely ignored me when I advised twice the reader was not working. But she gladly helped others and sat back watching me. Let’s pretend she didn’t hear me… If you see a customer has all items in a bag and is still at the kiosk for 7 minutes later and the line is stacking up. Common sense, should nudge your temple to provoke a brain response and tell you “THIS PERSON NEEDS HELP”! Oooooouuuu RUUUUUUDE Came back to exchange pants this evening arrived at customer service at 8:43p. I was directed there to wait until someone comes from the back. I was directed to a supervisor who could also assist. I could not tell was a supervisor because of her fleece and was on her cell phone. She also instructed me to wait. By 9pm 10/17 after waiting 17 minutes. I was able to leave with my exchange. Sorry you caught the tude Julio. More of a corporate issue but.,. When you leave out with your receipt texted or emailed to you. Buuut you still have to provide a receipt for a simple exchange. Trauma!
