Walmart Supercenter SANFORD - Hours, Reviews & Deals

Three times in a row I have ordered an item for delivery and three times in a row. I have gotten the wrong item. I tried to call to speak with the manager to no avail. Sure, they refund your money, but they don’t refund the charge that you pay for the service. They don’t refund the tip that you gave to the driver to bring you the wrong item. I challenge anyone to order Hormel spicy chili without beans and prove me wrong. I think everyone reading this should order 10 cans of spicy Hormel chili without beans, then when they receive the wrong item, get your refund and stock your shelves with some other bull crap chili they send to you for free minus charges and driver fee

It's the Walmart we got so I'm not gonna knock it. Staff are typically friendly and helpful (if you can find them). lol Had an excellent experience last visit. A very kind employee assisted me with locating all the spices I needed and even showed me where the cheapest and best quality ones can be found. Wish I had caught her name because that was some 10/10 customer service. **Update** Our Wal-Mart has recently been remodeled and I must say that I am really impressed! The new store layout is quite nice and I adore that they've brought back the mannequins! It's nice to see the clothes modeled. It reminds me of the old store we use to have before it was wiped out by the tornado in 2011. Also I saw this really cute Koala toy and it really made my day. 🐨
