Instructors are professional and approachable. They don't give you a hard time for asking a newbie question. All the staff love what they do, and love teaching it as well. The real world anecdotes from the instructors are as entertaining as they are informative. They are also honest and not constantly trying to "up sell" you a product you don't need. Highly recommend this place for both their inventory and training offerings.

I wouldn't buy as much as a box of ammo or even a pocket knife from here. Everything is WAY overpriced. I'm honestly shocked at the large number of people that don't know this and continue to buy things at the huge markup. It appears to be mostly military so not surprised. As far as regular people who actually have to earn their money the hard way; blue collar low paying jobs with all the bills to go with it....the consensus is pretty much the same as mine across the board. We are not as easily parted with our money because we work for it and don't just get the benefit of working out and shooting guns for our jobs. My rating is basically just for the range. They provide a much needed service to the area with an indoor range at ( as far as I know) a reasonable price. The deskman seems to be a really nice guy and very easy going. Honestly it's kind of a joy to deal with him. Never once seen him be anything but curtious to customers. My only small issue is it can get quite hot in the range. Almost like it doesn't have AC and relies on the cooling of the walls from the store part which is not enough during summer even with the fans. Still much better than the beating sun at an outdoor range making me sweat all over my guns. Very happy we have this place and grateful. Definitely should come check out the range!!
