Walmart’s mission is to “help people save money and live better,” but this location isn’t living up to it, especially with high-demand items like Pokémon cards. I’m attaching a photo from yesterday that clearly shows the Snorlax/Blissey EX Boxes and Greninja/Kingdra EX Boxes staged for today’s release. I arrived at 6 AM when the store opened, along with three other customers, only to be told every single box had already been bought out through online orders the night before. Not a single unit ever reached a shelf. Many Walmart stores nationwide use simple purchase limits or delay online pickup availability to ensure fairness for local families and kids. Wallace Walmart has chosen not to, and the result is predictable: scalpers get everything, the community gets nothing, and customers are left standing in the aisle staring at empty displays. This isn’t about being upset over trading cards; it’s about leadership failing to uphold Walmart’s core values of fairness, accessibility, and community service. Allowing overnight online orders to drain in-store inventory before opening directly undermines the customers you’re supposed to serve. A few basic steps would fix this instantly • Add per-customer limits like other stores • Delay online pickup until after opening • Ensure that stocked product actually hits shelves Until that happens, it’s clear the store is not protecting its own community. Your customers notice, and the photo speaks louder than any explanation. The community deserves better.

Rude employees in store, i had to ask for my receipt and then it was slapped on the counter. Smart mouth comment, when id asked if id forgotten any bags... having my cold items dropped off in a literal hotel driveway, no where near where id described as the room i was staying in and had tipped for the delivery. Some kind of walmart plus paid for service. [Pictures aren't loading for some reason.]
