Walmart Supercenter WEST JEFFERSON - Hours, Reviews & Deals

Love our Walmart in West Jefferson, NC. The store is clean and free of excess stock in the aisle. Shelves are usually well-stocked and orderly. From Automotive to Pick-up, I have only experienced professional and accommodating staff. I can say the same for the vision center and pharmacy, both of which I frequwntly utilize. I'm so appreciative to have our Walmart in the community.

If you are wanting to place a pickup or delivery order at this store you might want to rethink it. Two terrible experiences. Last week I placed an order and paid for delivery. Five emails stating it was delayed but the order never came at all. Refund requested. This week I placed an order for pick up. I waited over an hour. No one would answer the phone. I went through the mobile app and checked in five times. Nothing. I called the main store. No one would answer. I finally chatted online and this person got the store to respond. I assure you I will never ever use this service again!!! If I could rate them a zero I would. Worst store experience ever!!
