Walmart Supercenter WHITEVILLE - Hours, Reviews & Deals

Came in to pick up some money and I was informed that the money center isn’t open because they don’t have enough employees to work it. However I noticed several employees just standing around talking to each other, when I asked the manager if customer service has enough money to pay out my money transfer off my card, she was rude saying I would have to find out when I get up there. After she instructed me to go to customer service to collect my money. I had a large sum of money to collect and I didn’t feel secure or safe receiving it in front of so many customers as I am a single female.

Came in Sunday for iil change and filter replacement; after leaving, I refilled windshield washer fluid back up personally as my reservoirs had emptied the day prior; after engaging the washer fluid from the driver column, I can hear the pump running and no fluid was present or ejecting from the hood ports, opened my hood up to find my washer fluid line was cut perfectly in half; roughly about 5 inches from the air filter box. Walmart has been the only company to touch my vehicle since I bought the car a year ago. After calling for close to an hour and getting the runaround from the automated system, unable to get a physical human on a phone line, I had to contact the pharmacy dept for somone to alert a manager; to be placed on hold, to then being hung on up again. After going in personally, and speaking to someone, I was told no one could help me until maybe 630 the next morning. I got up even earlier than I normally do to now come in and handle this with the manager, whom never took a look at the car; told me he’d “look at the video” but for the most part brushed me off that the issue COULD NOT have been caused by them, and told come back and try again tomorrow. Well here I am not after now almost a week of no one getting back to me or answering the phones, I’m here. I’m pissed off, and you guys damaged my vehicle while negligently servicing it (should I need to mention all the oil you guys left over the top of the valve covers as being a sure sign of sloppy work?) I’ve never had an issue with Walmart doing small general maintenance on my cars in the past but after this, I’m pretty livid being I barely make enough to live as it is, now I have to apparently pay to fix my car that had no issues before it arrived in your bay. I work in trades for a living and can tell when I’m getting a runaround, and I’m pretty damn good at spotting an issue of how it was created or what caused it and the only conclusion I can logically draw this to flows back through your maintenance done. I certainly don’t think anyone there has the kind of money to replace stuff they didn’t break, & I’m pretty pissed off now that that’s what it’s looking like I’m going to have to do.
