They described an estimated delivery time of 1-2 days on their website for the product I ordered (hardware cloth). It took 4 days - and delayed my building project becasue not delivered in time frame listed. This i s a deceptive marketing practice.

This company purchased The company that I worked for for years. They did not come in as a helpful option as a merger and acquisition is a slow going and requires a lot of in-depth information. Do it best made the environment hostile. This was a hostile takeover. They got rid of all of the people that I worked with for whatever reasons. They make you feel significantly small and call you redundant. There is no reason to work for do it best nor Matt Saines he is an awful manager and is a butt kisser for his on vindications. Now they are doing it to True Value and getting rid of everybody and outsourcing the accounts payable department to India. Let's remind everyone that India does not require any schooling to become an AP person. You are working with people who do not understand accounting they do not understand how the moving parts work in the accounting department or the finance area. You will ruin yourselves if you continue to use a country that does not understand the United States financial management. If you are looking for a job here in accounting they do not care about you. You are simply a number and that is that. Think about what you're doing as there are at least 300 people that would tell you not to work for this company at all
