I have bought from Kiko before, and they have great auctions. However, I LOATHE the pickup times. I have found multiple auctions that I really wanted to go to/bid on items, only to find that the pickup times is some 2-3 hour window on a random Tuesday. Just like everyone else who isn't retired, I work 8-5. I am not taking a day off just to pick up a random auction lot, unless it is something super out of the ordinary like a rare car or something. The only time I was able to do this was when an auction pickup time somehow fell onto scheduled vacation days where I proudly picked up the single item I bought from the auction. I have found some really amazing Kiko auctions, but can't bid! I get it, they have to work with the property owners on when the pickup can happen, but come on. With such a short window, and for a single day, it makes it a frenzy to pick up your item. When I went to pick up the one thing I bought, it was chaos. I literally found it myself, verified the lot number, and left. No one checked my lot, no one verified that I was the actual purchaser, nothing. I could have been a random passerby and they wouldn't have even known. All the auction staff were busy with other people. When you have one small window on a random day of the week for pickups, it is chaotic for all involved. Need some better organization.
