I am so tired of seeing Brinks trucks blocking handicapped spaces and access ramps. There were other places closer to the door they could have parked that would not have blocked the only access ramp and handicapped space for this UDF near the Ohio State University campus. Please do better if you are going to do business in my community

Tried to cancel my alarm system after selling my house - I noticed 3 months after calling to cancel I was still being billed. Found out the person I spoke to wrote that I was going to keep my account until I moved to my new house next year. I don't have a new house. I would never pay for a service for a year without actually using it. Because of this I was told I can't get a refund. Then after over an hour on hold, I was told my account would be canceled and I'd get a docusign in my email. Instead, days later, I got an email telling me to call to finalize my cancellation. I was put on hold after explaining everything and am 15 minutes in on hold. Will never use them again.
