I went into the Self Defense Tactics training that day with little to no knowledge on self defense. The instructors were so patient and so kind and made sure to take their time and walk me through every step until I was confident in my abilities. They were completely open to any questions I had, and if something didn’t make sense to me they would explain it again in a different way and break the motions down step by step. I absolutely will be going back for their other classes that they host. This is a great course to take for any department, whether you’re brand new or just need a refresher. I highly recommend
