If you buy a gun there or anywhere and it's registered in your name, how can you get out of your name if you want to sell it ?

Guns are not registered in Ohio

Basically, you sell it to another gun shop. it will then go on their "acquisitions" in their FFL log book. But you don't legally HAVE to get it out of your name if you want to sell it.

Contact the manufacturer if the warranty is still good due to defect. Business shuts down all the time thats a chance when you buy anything just my opinion
