Spent several hours over the past couple days cropping photos at the Photo Booth. Each time there is an issue with the internet and I encounter an error. The app doesn’t save a draft and proceeds to delete all progress. I will never again order photos at Walmart.

Against my better judgment, I went here to put new tires on my car. It's not new, but it still runs good and I'd like to get as many miles as I can before I have to buy a new one next year. The prices for mid mileage tires (50,000 mile) are actually really good. Basic installation is $18 a tire (mount and balance). This is about industry average wherever you go. I was overly concerned because I have a manual transmission, but there were people on staff able to drive it and not destroy my transmission. That's a plus. I also gave explicit instructions about which points they should use to lift the car so a not to cause damage. I was told, don't worry, we check before we place equipment to lift your vehicle. But in the twenty minutes I was there, the paperwork had to be redone three times because for whatever reason, the computer kept identifying my GM as a Chrysler, it changed my name and the type of tires I wanted to purchase. Mind you, while all of this is going on the techs in the garage can't do anything but stand around because they need the proper paperwork. How I yearn for the days of no computers when verbal communication was a thing... Finally, after the paperwork fiasco is figured out, the techs get to work on changing my tires, or so I thought. Moments later, a tech walks into the customer lounge to tell me he broke a piece of metal off my car. Before anyone even touched my car, I gave very specific instructions on lift points. I asked, you didn't try and lift the car there did you? He said "Nah, it broke off after some extreme manhandling." In otherwords, he intentionally applied extra force to try and break pieces of metal off under the car that were rusting. Then they proceeded to tell me the lift bay my car was parked in couldn't be used for my car. So, I was left with two options, leave or wait till the other customer who had also been waiting all of this time was done, because his paperwork was messed up too. So they couldn't work on his car either. There is a lot going on here that is very concerning. First, I probably could have looked past all of this as I was dealing with kids who no doubt aren't looking to develop skills to take elsewhere. I had issues myself trying to use Walmarts website to try and set this up. I gave up and called the store's service department directly. I told them all of my information and scheduled the appointment. Aside from knowing I'd be there, they didn't save any of the information I gave them in the computer. So maybe Walmarts computers are just crap. Secondly, when all of this stuff is entered into the tablet, you sign a release excluding them from responsibility if they damage your vehicle. When the paperwork was fixed after the fiasco, I should have had to sign the release, but the counter staff did it for me instead (I wasn't given the option) I think they were just trying to be helpful. Doing things like that can put companies into a bad position legally when the staff forges your signature even if it is just to help you out. I chose not to make an issue out of this at the store and I did go ahead and purchase the tires I needed from Walmart and will have them put on at a different tire shop/garage. The bottom line is, there are good prices here. As far as getting work done here, I think these young people could do with some extra training. I believe its important in life to recognize that kids make mistakes and so do adults, myself included. It is a necessary action that allows you to learn and better yourself. That being said, my experience should not be held as an absolute reason to not go here. I'm sure there are many people who have had a better experience here. So if you choose to get work done here, make sure YOU are the one signing any authorizations for work to be done or releases from damage to your vehicle. LAST, but not least, make sure you inspect your vehicle for damage and completed work before you leave. This can save you a headache later.
