STEINER EOPTICS INC Miamisburg - Hours, Reviews & Deals

When it was owned by Steiner it was a first class organization with excellent customer service. Now that Burris owns it the customer service isn't bad, it's nonexistent. They hype their warranty as lifetime but most things aren't covered. There is no personal service. When I spend more than $1000 on a binocular, I'd like a little customer service. I'm done with Steiner and, by association, Burris.

Lack of communication and supervision is horrible. Let me go with no prior notice and just locked me out with no explanation. Later to find out that due to lack of work coming in they terminated three of us in this manner. As far as standards, they change them so that they can make production nimbers. One week the product isn't good enough to go out the door but because it's the end of the month and they don't have the numbers they need, the product is now good enough.
