I would like to specifically recommend a lady called May if you are looking for a therapeutic massage. I had been suffering from neck and upper back pain for two years and tried everything—from painkillers and injections to physio, private physiotherapy, and osteopathy. I’m not saying she was the only solution to my problem, but she made me pain-free for a week. I was able to stop taking painkillers and finally do my physiotherapy exercises effectively. She was able to find those knots and tight muscles and work on them properly. I have tried many different places and massages, but she is the best of the best,seriously so good at what she does. You do need ongoing massage to gradually address these problem areas. I’ve tried many treatments and massages, and I only wish I had discovered her earlier.I could have been much further along in my recovery.
