Short version: took them 11 weeks to do 2 weeks of work on my 2008 F350 SD 6.4 4x4, tried to release it with more defects than it went in with including 3 codes it didn't have prior, one is still active, oil leaks, etc. They damaged my new LP KC Turbo, ran my transmission out of oil twice that I know of, did unauthorized maintenance, failed to complete the work requested, tried charging me for parts I provided and work they didn't do. The manager will give false status updates, fake part ETA dates, and lie saying he has them when he doesn't. Got my truck back with 3 codes, an oil leak, greasy handprints on the paint, interior and engine bay. Avoid at all costs.

I am absolutely sick of the jerks and bullies of the Internet getting to bully, harass, insult, ridicule and attack people online without ANY repercussions whatsoever just because they were the instigator. I will show to the WORLD exactly what I said so the WORLD can see it and judge for itself. And I'm going to call out EVERYONE. I was a member of a group called "Real Men Real Style" run by Antonio Centeno, a man I respect. In the group, like often happens on Facebook, someone posted a post on a topic of huge controversy: pride month. Regardless of your position, it's delusional to say it's not controversial. Perhaps some think it shouldn't be. That's fine and I agree with that. So someone posted a photo of themselves in a rainbow bow tie, and said "Happy Pride Month." Someone else commented with a gif of Obi Wan Kenobi from Star Wars Episode 3, as a joke. It's the whole thing where Anakin turns evil and Obi Wan is like NOOOO. It was a joke, this member is highly respected in the group and someone posted that gif. Here's where the problem started: A dishonest bully posted a feigned ignorance question: "I have no idea what this means. Can you tell me?" I responded saying "Do you really not know what he means or are you trying to say it?" The guy responded with a belittling gif of a guy treating the person he's talking to like a child, and asked me if I'm being cute or if I'm just a bigot. Right there is the first violation that this guy should be reprimanded for. Because he passively aggressively attacked the poster of that gif comment, baiting him into an argument, and when I called him out on it, he attacked me in a non-passive way. Then I wrote out this comment saying this is what's wrong with social media today and why political arguments always break out in FB groups: People feel like they are entitled to be viciously abusive verbally to people if they don't agree with 100% of what they're saying or doing, and that is not right. No one has the right to attack or bully someone else just because they didn't agree with what they said, let alone viciously. My comment was "declined" by the AI moderator. Note that his comments being a rude prick were not barred. I messaged the admins and told them and said that I will not tolerate negativity, hate, and attacks being brought into my world by Facebook groups that bring me zero value. I told them to handle it or I'm leaving the group but then decided I already knew the outcome so I left the group. Since FB didn't allow my very polite piece to be said in the group, I messaged the guy saying the same thing, albeit I called him a jerk (using the most common word for that for a male that you can't write here apparently), which he is. So today just now I get a popup saying my account is restricted and I can't send messages until tomorrow because I went against the community guidelines. THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE WENT AGAINST THE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND NOTHING HAPPENED TO HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE NEED REFORM OF THIS NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But Facebook doesn't allow you to DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, and it pisses me off beyond what you can imagine! I feel like if I was rich I'd devote every nanosecond of my time to shining the light on this until they are FORCED to change. So just to be clear. I didn't have any issue with the post, nor was I going to comment anything or even reply to the gif comment. I specifically replied to the guy baiting him and being a bully because putting bullies in their place and telling them this behavior is unacceptable is the RIGHT THING TO DO, and playing favorites because of stupid political opinions only protects these jerks. Social media by allowing this is telling people IT'S OKAY TO ACT THIS WAY. IT'S OKAY TO DEHUMANIZE AND HATE PEOPLE WHO DISAGREE WITH YOU AND WISH THEM HARM. Someone needs to speak up and say NO, that is NOT okay. I don't care WHAT you think of them you don't do that.
