Bob Roach started at a young age with a strong interest in buying, collecting and reselling. Bob has bought and sold several homes and always bought and sold items thru local auctions and auctioneers.This piqued his interest in the auction profession. In 1999 he received his Ohio auctioneer license and in 2000 received his Ohio real estate license. He is also a licensed auctioneer in Indiana. Bob has been on both sides of the auction and real estate transaction, this has given him the opportunity to understand buyer’s and seller’s needs…he approaches each and every appointment with the same enthusiasm and understanding of the buyer’s and seller’s needs!
