I was very pleased with my first order and about to place my second order. Shipping was very fast and their products were exactly as advertised. I especially appreciate how they offer information in the product description, such as the typical chemistry of the knife steel offered. Other sellers don't always do that. Their blade points are a nice addition and further help to keep customers coming back, as they earn points. I also really appreciate how Jantz doesn't gouge customers on shipping prices. I have been dealing with Janet’s supply for several years. I don’t think you can find a company with better quality, prices, choices or customer service. It doesn’t matter if it’s in the store or ordering by phone these people have always been knowledgeable helpful, patient and polite. I added patient because I have quite a bit of age on me so sometimes I’m a little slow making sure of exactly what I want. If you haven’t tried them yet you will be glad when you do.
