Totally incompetent. Simply wanted to buy 10 blu rays for 20$ as advertised. They couldn't ring me up or take my money because power surge or something like that. He said I could come back later. Not only will i not come back, I'll be sure to let everyone know about my horrible experience with Heather's pawn.
