Mitchell was super friendly and easy to interact with! Wife and I are mostly novices to the nuances of firearms, but within an hour we were confident in picking out an EDC piece! We shall absolutely go back to Mitchell in the future!

My guess as to why there are so many reviews about employee attitudes is due to the entitled Tigard population. I have never had a bad experience with the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
