Jeffreys Drug Store CANONSBURG - Hours, Reviews & Deals

Rude and poor customer service skills. Called today (day 27 of 30) to have my non-controlled med filled so it’s ready for pick up by the day it’s due, to be met with; “it’s a 30 day supply, call back on the 15th.” The last day it was filled was 01.14. The 15th is day 32. They want me to go 3 days without my medication because they’re closed on Sunday which is what the 15th is, and they’re only open 4 hours on Saturdays but they’re refusing early fills. Even because of their own store hours. Wildly inconvenient and unprofessional. These reviews are all proof the staff and owner needs to do better. They sincerely need to listen to their customers. I should’ve read reviews before having my prescription sent over to this pharmacy.

My husband and I have been using Jeffries for over 25 years. They are fantastic. When he went into hospice care they delivered his medication promptly, with no issues and we lived 30 miles away. They are always polite and caring and will go out of their way to help if they can. I can't say enough good about them. Thank you Jeffries for being the neighborhood pharmacy that you are.
