This is my go-to spot for responsible gun shopping. The new owner is fantastic—always great to talk to and genuinely cares about customers. Most of the staff is solid and helpful (with one notable exception in management), and that’s why I’ve kept coming back once or twice a month. That said, the new credit card surcharge has to go. It feels like a hidden tax, and it’s not a good look. Expecting customers to walk around with thousands of dollars in cash isn’t realistic, and forcing debit card use isn’t acceptable either. Many of us prefer credit cards for security and flexibility. If this surcharge stays, I’ll be coming in less—and spending less. I like this place and want to keep supporting it, but this policy hurts loyal customers. Please remove it.
