Great place and great people, they work with oakland vfd to help raise funds for local volunteer fire department & have amazing deals. And the staff is amazing. They work with you & dont pressure you or rush you to pick up if you call to explain things. They were helpful with NFA items (supressors) with filling that all out & fingerprinting etc all the while BSing with another veteran as the same time. Great guys Great prices Great place. The selection is great, prices could be better for the most part, but you can find some great items and deals here if you look. My quibble is the trade ins, they only take what they like or feel will 100% sell, which in my experience is about 50% at best right. And it's a matter of getting a fair price as well. But I can't fault them for that too much. Another quibble is bringing in a carry gun to find a holster and magazine, and handing it over and stating what I want and that it's loaded, and handing it over properly as well. Then being yelled at saying don't bring a loaded gun in here, unload it in the parking lot, in public. It's a gun store, that's to be expected, and most of us know and will handle these situations properly. The way I did it was way better than what was suggested of me. You can't do that in this day and age, and I know from experience.
